The run up to Christmas is notorious for sellers reducing asking prices, taking bigger discounts and "wanting it sold or under offer before Christmas". Not only that, the damp starts to show, the roof starts to leak, and there are generally less buyers in the market which equals = greater opportunities!
This time last year I bagged a couple of absolute beauties! A mixed commercial property for £86,500 which now generates £22,200 per annum and is now worth £210,000! and also a flip which I purchased for £77,000 and netted a profit of £18,000!
