Taking Nicky’s first dive into property investment by getting herself educated in 2018, starting £20,000 in debt, living in a van and with a serious case of imposter syndrome she has since raised in excess of £500,000 in angel finance! Nicky has found her niche flipping bungalows across the fylde coast – generating £50,000 from one deal alone last year.
She uses multiple property strategies such as using option agreements for assisted sales to flip and has also started to build a portfolio of social housing HMO’s and self contained flats.
